Graduate Students
Dr. Briand is actively recruiting Graduate Students. Interested Graduate Students should apply to the Brain & Cognitive Sciences doctoral program. Please contact Dr. Briand prior to applying.
Postdoctoral Fellows
If interested, please send a cover letter, CV, and contact information for 3 references to Dr. Briand. Informal inquiries also encouraged.
Undergraduate Students
Undergraduates can play a key role in the work that we do but this requires a substantial commitment (of time and brain power). We require that interested sophomore and juniors that are willing to commit to at least 3 semesters and devote a minimum of 10 hours per week to the lab. If you are interested in joining the lab, please write a 1-2 page essay describing why you are interested in neuroscience in general and our lab in particular as well as what your long-term goals and are how working in the lab would help you reach them and send this along a resume, an unofficial copy of your transcript, and a copy of your current class schedule to Dr. Briand.
